Delehanty joins Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster as an associate in the real estate department

Megan Delehanty, Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster

According to Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, Megan Delehanty has joined the firm as an associate in the real estate department. Delehanty joins Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster from Ropes & Gray where she was an associate.
"Megan's impressive skill set strengthens our ability to serve our real estate and finance clients," said Michael O'Connell, the firm's managing director. "We are very pleased to have her join our team."
Delehanty represents clients in a broad range of commercial transactions, including joint ventures, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, leases and equity offerings. She also has extensive experience in title, environmental and zoning matters.
Delehanty received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was the managing editor of the Yale Journal of International Law, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Williams College. Upon completing her studies at Yale Law School, Delehanty served as a judicial clerk for Justice Warren Matthews of the Alaska Supreme Court.
