Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 3,232 s/f at Hamden Center II
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has leased 3,232 s/f of Class A office space at Hamden Center II, 2321 Whitney Ave., Suite 502. The tenant, Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., Inc., an investment firm, will open a new office at this location.
Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, represented the landlord, Hamden Realty Associates, LP, while Pam Walsh of Byrnam Wood, LLC, represented the tenant.
