Zervos and Virgulak of DVB Commercial broker 4,300 s/f lease

DVB Commercial Realty leased 4,300 s/f at 124 East Ave. located across the street from Norwalk's city hall to Prudential CT Real Estate. They will occupy the entire first floor. According to the owner, Rob Haroun, the building which is presently under construction will be ready for occupancy July 1. The signature building will have 4,300 s/f of office/medical space available for lease on the 2nd floor and 1,800 s/f on the 3rd floor. John Zervos and Bob Virgulak of DVB Commercial Realty represented the landlord and Less Fradkoff of Prudential CT Real Estate represented the tenant.
