According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior advisor Albert Scafati has leased 8,710 s/f of a 36,000 s/f multi-tenanted commercial building at 370 State St. to Thiro U.S.A., Inc. Thiro is known and recognized as a leading general contractor specializing in all aspects of power delivery. The company will utilize its additional space for office and storage. There is approximately 24,935 s/f remaining in the building: 18,935 s/f of industrial space and 6,000 s/f of office space. Scafati was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the tenant, Thiro, U.S.A., Inc., and the landlord, The Hurley Group.
