Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo brokers 1,030 s/f lease at 59 Elm Street to Christian Union, Inc.
According to Stephen Press, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Ted Schaffer, senior leasing broker, has completed a sublease at 59 Elm St. Christian Union, Inc., a non-profit corporation, has signed a sublease for 1,030 s/f on the fifth floor.
Schaffer represented the landlord, Susman, Duffy & Segaloff, PC, while the tenant was represented by Will Roberts of Dow Realty.
