Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates brokers 3,200 s/f, $220,000 sale

Christopher Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates recently sold 36 North St. for $220,000. The 3,200 s/f building was built in 1937 when it served as the home of the Italian-American World War Veterans Nicola Bernardino Post 2. Since that time, it has served as the home to a local theatre, a local church and is now home to the Deeper Bible Life Church. This purchase has given this church its ability to determine their own future in their own home. The Deeper Life Christian Ministries is an international Pentecostal church based in Lagos, Nigeria and in Bronx, N.Y. Chris Edge represented the buyer, Deeper Life Church, as well as the seller, Nicola Bernardino Post 2, in the transaction.
