Westerly, RI Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiated the lease of 102 Granite St. to O’Reilly Automotive Store Inc. O’Reilly leased the full 8,616 s/f building on a long-term basis.

Bordering the Granite St. Shopping Center, this property is visible and offers on-site parking, creating a convenient shopping experience for customers. 

Schultheis represented the lessor, Cozi LLC. Nathan Greenberg of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the lessee, O’Reilly Automotive Store Inc.
