Wright of Lila Delman Compass sells 5 Defender’s Row for $3.42 million

Newport, RI Lila Delman Compass brokered the sale of 5 Defenders Row on Goat Island for $3.42 million. Alyce Wright, sales associate of Lila Delman Compass’ Newport office, represented the seller in this transaction. According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks the second highest condo sale statewide in 2025, YTD.*
