Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate sells former Girl Scout Camp for $1.05m
Swansea, MA Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England in the sale of the former Camp Promising Acres located in Swansea and Rehoboth.
The property was comprised of just under 173 acres of land with bunk house, residential house, multiple outbuildings, sheds, platforms, and a community pool with pool house.
The site was sold to Frida LLC for $1.05 million.
