Sciolla, McDonough and Dube of Cresa Partners represents Lewtan Technologies in 20,501s/f lease

Joe Sciolla, Shawn McDonough, and Barry Dube of CresaPartners recently represented Lewtan Technologies, Inc. in a lease of 20,501 s/f at 400-2 Totten Pond Rd., where Lewtan has relocated its corporate headquarters. Lewtan moved from 300 5th Ave. CresaPartners is the nation's largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants. The landlord, BPG Properties, Ltd., was represented by Rob Walles and Matt Siciliano of CB Richard Ellis. Lewtan Technologies, a provider of workflow solutions to the global asset securitization industry, will occupy the entire fourth floor of the four-story 79,089 s/f office building in the 293,000 s/f, three-building office park. According to Dube, a project manager at CresaPartners, the firm worked with Lewtan to revitalize its space. The build-out includes comfortable, collaborative work areas; soft seating; green initiatives; and an open environment, with cubicles designed to allow staff to view the entire area. According to Brian Frohn, vice president of finance & administration at Lewtan, "Our fresh, new workspace gives us an opportunity to improve employee communication and productivity as well as create a more enjoyable place to work. We were able to take advantage of tenant-friendly market conditions to significantly upgrade our space without breaking the budget. We also took steps toward being greener and reducing the carbon footprint, with LEED-certified materials, recycled cubicles, and high-efficiency office equipment."
