SCRE sells 6,000 s/f office
WESTPORT, CT Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented NB I Realty LLC in the purchase of 164 Kings Highway North. Mark Holod of Hastings Real Estate represented the seller.
The 6,000 s/f office building was owned by NFM Realty Associates. In addition to occupying the lower level of the building, new ownership is planning for upgrades to the property including new landscaping and interior renovations.
