Hird and Gregg of O,R&L Commercial, LLC broker two investment sales for $2.007 million
Wallingford, CT Frank Hird, SIOR and Adam Gregg of O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed an investment sale at 135 North Plains Industrial Rd. The building, on 2.43 acres, consists of 21,177 s/f and is designed with a courtyard at its center. The property was fully leased at the time of the sale.
Hird and Gregg represented the seller UPC Realty, LLC and the buyer Tory Laundry Building LLC. The property sold for $1.1 million
In a second transaction Hird and Gregg sold 242 Branford Rd. in North Branford. The building consists of 26,820 s/f on 2.16 acres and is 100% leased by its long-term tenant, Uno Alla Volta.
Hird and Gregg represented the seller, Jayter Properties, LLC. The buyer, DeMaio Realty, was represented by Kristin Geenty of The Geenty Group. The property transferred for a price of $907,000.
