Scungio, Andreozzi and Dupuis of Mott & Chace
sell 1 Old Farm Rd.

Berkley, MA Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 1 Old Farm Rd. for $3.9 million. The sellers were represented by Benjamin Scungio and Cheryl Andreozzi, and the buyers were represented by Christine Dupuis: all of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

This custom-built cedar shingled home is sited on over 50 acres of waterfront land, with over 9,000 s/f in the main house. Complete with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, the home also features a two-story fieldstone fireplace, a game room with a bar, media room, library with walnut paneling, wine cellar, bluestone patios, outdoor kitchen, guest cottage, and infinity pool with a waterslide.

According to data from the Massachusetts MLS Property Information Network, this is the highest sale on record in the town of Berkley, MA. It is also the third highest sale in Bristol County year-to-date.
