Seadia of Investment Property Specialists sells strip mall for $2.5m
Michael Seadia of Investment Property Specialists, Inc. has sold a 15,144 s/f retail building located at 122 Turnpike Rd. with approximately 57,633 s/f of land.
Seadia was the sole broker in the transaction. The sale price was $2.5 million. The seller was Westboro Property Advisors, LLC.
Seadia will continue to work for the new owner as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
