Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My mother is my unwavering inspiration. She courageously pursued the path less desired, selflessly forfeiting her own dreams to pave the way for mine. Not once did she utter a complaint, exemplifying the boundless love and strength that shape the remarkable woman I’ve become.
What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? It is important to choose a firm that allows you to feel comfortable and pushes you to give your best. When leadership at the firm is approachable and listens to your needs and concerns, it allows for a more positive work environment. Other important factors include project diversity and training.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My greatest inspiration through my career are the women in the industry that have come before me who have shown me that being the only woman in a room or on a construction site doesn’t diminish the power of your voice. Their resilience and unwavering determination continue to fuel my journey.

We recently advised Pearlmark Real Estate, a credit focused investment manager, on the sale of a majority interest to Conning, then a $180 billion AUM global asset manager and affiliate of Cathay Life, a leading Taiwanese life insurer.
What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? The recent accomplishment I am most proud of is my promotion to a Project Engineer. Working in the engineering industry for eight years and switching departments every couple of years always kept me in a new role.
What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Since one size rarely fits all, the question is “does the firm provide the resources and flexibility to allow you to achieve your personal career objectives?” For me, my goal is to be an advisor, strategist and trusted resource so a collaborative, resource-rich firm is essential.
What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent project was the assemblage of over 20 acres in South Boston for a mixed-use master plan development project with a community focus. This complex project organized the land into four distinct districts for phased development.
What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Complex title defects prevent clients from selling, refinancing, leasing, or developing their properties. As both a litigator and legal strategist, my proudest moments include successfully resolving such issues while preserving clients’ long-term commercial objections and reputation.

I am particularly proud of representing a leading commercial real estate developer in Southeastern Massachusetts in an intricate multi-parcel assemblage and hotel development deal. My experience in acquisitions, sales, and financing enabled us to navigate through complex issues, achieving a favorable outcome for my client while maintaining focus on their larger financial objectives.
