What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently assisted with a full brand refresh of one of our properties from start to finish. As this was a large and complex marketing project at Bulfinch, I was challenged to learn new skills, hone the ones I currently possess, and collaborate with departments with which I don’t typically have the opportunity to connect. The materials surpassed our expectations and the project expanded both my marketing and commercial real estate knowledge.

ESG has become increasingly prevalent in all facets of business, and I am incredibly proud of Bulfinch for developing a sustainability committee with departmental representatives who make a concentrated effort to protect and enhance our environment. This year, I worked on updating our acquisition team’s diligence process with additional ESG measures and assessments to guide our analysis of new investments. We can all be part of the change.
