What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? While we’re certainly making progress, the CRE industry remains predominantly male. As such, I always encourage women to embrace the innate traits that set us apart.

As more and more companies roll out return-to-office and hybrid work plans, we’re expecting to see high-quality space continue to dominate the market. Many of my clients are looking for different ways to elevate their in-person environments
