Watertown, MA Vigil Neuroscience, Inc., the first microglia-focused company, has selected Erland, in collaboration with TRIA acting as architect, to fit-out 14,500 s/f of usable space at 100 Forge. Vigil will occupy the entire 7^th floor of the building. The new space will include open office areas, conference and huddle rooms, a tissue culture suite, a bioanalytical room, a scope room, open lab space, and access to a balcony.

Erland constructed 100 Forge, the 185,000 s/f base building that Vigil is moving in to. The nine-story lab-ready building includes one level of below grade parking as well as a one-story enclosed mechanical penthouse above the highest occupiable level. The project is slated to complete in December. This is Erland’s first time partnering with Vigil.
