Vigil Neuroscience selects Erland and TRIA to complete 14,500 s/f fit-out

Watertown, MA Vigil Neuroscience, Inc., the first microglia-focused company, has selected Erland, in collaboration with TRIA acting as architect, to fit-out 14,500 s/f of usable space at 100 Forge. Vigil will occupy the entire 7th floor of the building. The new space will include open office areas, conference and huddle rooms, a tissue culture suite, a bioanalytical room, a scope room, open lab space, and access to a balcony.

Erland constructed 100 Forge, the 185,000 s/f base building that Vigil is moving in to. The nine-story lab-ready building includes one level of below grade parking as well as a one-story enclosed mechanical penthouse above the highest occupiable level. The project is slated to complete in December. This is Erland’s first time partnering with Vigil.

The owner’s project manager is Donovan Group.
