tenant fit-up projects at 55 Walkers Brook

Reading, MA Seaver Construction completed several tenant fit-up projects at 55 Walkers Brook. The class A, multi-tenant building is owned by JOSS Realty and managed by Avison Young.

The most recent fit-ups were completed on the fifth floor for international firm Mediterranean Shipping Corp. (MSC) and Nuvia Dental Implant Centers.

The 9,000 s/f MSC fit-up included a new entry and reception area, an open work area, private offices, conference and multimedia meeting rooms, staff lounge and I.T. room. Renovations included extensive glass, all new MEP’s and high-end finishes throughout.

The Nuvia fit-up involved a complete fit-up of 8,600 s/f including a new glass entry and reception area, consultation, treatment, oral surgery, CBCT dental scan, photo, production, composite and machine rooms, staff lounge and offices.

Work on the sixth floor involved a collaborative effort with JOSS Realty and Avison Young Project Management to reconfigure the Eliassen Group space and common area hallways. Seaver previously completed fit-ups on the fourth floor for Assured Partners and a financial services loan production office.
