The property, located in an industrial park along the Blackstone River, sits on 0.65 acres. The building reflects the typical characteristics of Rhode Island’s industrial inventory, with its roots in the state’s rich history of jewelry manufacturing and metal smithing, featuring lower ceilings and column-supported spaces. Storti represented the sellers, while Casey secured the buyers for the site. 

In addition, The Rustic Rhode, a DIY crafting shop, leased 1,400 s/f in the Airport Plaza shopping center located at 1800 Post Rd. in Warwick, R.I. Storti of Sweeney Real Estate represented The Rustic Rhode in their lease transaction and Joe Mardo of The Discovery Group represented the landlords.
