Storti and Casey of Sweeney Real Estate
& Appraisal broker 17,680 s/f industrial sale

27 Carrington Street - Lincoln, RI

Lincoln, RI Evan Storti and Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal joined to broker the sale of a 17,680 s/f industrial mill building located at 27 Carrington St. The sale price was not disclosed. The property, located in an industrial park along the Blackstone River, sits on 0.65 acres. The building reflects the typical characteristics of Rhode Island’s industrial inventory, with its roots in the state’s rich history of jewelry manufacturing and metal smithing, featuring lower ceilings and column-supported spaces. Storti represented the sellers, while Casey secured the buyers for the site. 

In addition, The Rustic Rhode, a DIY crafting shop, leased 1,400 s/f in the Airport Plaza shopping center located at 1800 Post Rd. in Warwick, R.I. Storti of Sweeney Real Estate represented The Rustic Rhode in their lease transaction and Joe Mardo of The Discovery Group represented the landlords.
