Second annual SIOR tri-state conference to be held March 20

The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts chapter of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, along with its counterpart Downstate New York and New Jersey Chapters, will be hosting their second annual one-day real estate conference to be held March 20. Bank of America has offered to be the event's lead sponsor, and will once again host the conference in their Platinum LEED building at One Bryant Park in New York City; also known as The Bank of America Tower. The event will be open to all SIORs and invited guests. The initial 2014 conference agenda included office and industrial panels led by developers and owners active in the northeast; discussing market and industry trends and providing economic forecasts. It was attended by over 120 SIORs and real estate professionals. A full schedule and list of guest speakers for the 2015 conference will be released shortly. It promises to be another stellar event, not to be missed by SIORs in the region.
