Maugel DeStefano Architects designs 169,500 s/f facility for Werfen

Bedford, MA Maugel DeStefano Architects has begun on a new 169,500 s/f research and development facility for Werfen, a worldwide leader in specialized diagnostics in the areas of hemostasis, acute care diagnostics and autoimmunity. The building will be located at Werfen’s Hartwell Rd. campus, on the site of an existing warehouse that will be demolished.

Connolly Brothers completes Brooks School Campus renovations

North Andover, MA Connolly Brothers, Inc. has completed a series of campus renovations at Brooks School, a private, coeducational boarding and day school for students in grades 9-12. Over seven months, Connolly served in multiple capacities, taking on a design-build role to transform the Campus Athletic Center’s McVeigh Court with a new varsity-length court, which involved wood floor refinishing, striping/graphics painting, the installation of abuse-resistant finishes in the gymnasium, and the relocation of a glass entryway.

Gauthier joins SGA as director of architecture
