HFF completes $21.7 million sale of three mixed-use properties - on behalf of seller, Ginsburg Development Cos., and procured buyer, TEI

Bridgeport, CT Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) completed the $21.7 million sale of three mixed-use properties totaling 176 apartments and 100,000 s/f of high-street retail and office space in downtown, to New York-based real estate firm, Time Equities Inc. (TEI). The HFF team marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller, Ginsburg Development Cos., and procured the buyer, TEI. The portfolio comprises three restored early 20th century buildings, including the City Trust Building.

New Haven, CT Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Matthew Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of a newly constructed Rite Aid and The Learning Experience in New Haven, TD Bank, Longhorn Steakhouse and Chili’s ground lease in Shelton, and Bull Hill Shopping Center in West Haven for a combined sale price of $26.268 million. 

Walsh and Jensen of Pequot Commercial handle $2.1m sale

Norwich, CT  The $2.1 million sale of One Winnenden Rd. was brokered by Judy Walsh of Pequot Commercial. The property is a 76,000 s/f high bay manufacturing facility and includes 40 acres of land in Norwich and Franklin.
