South Portland, ME 101 Ocean LLC purchased the former Legion Square Market building at 101 Ocean St. The LLC is operated by Jack and Max Barber, owners of Mainely Burgers food trucks and Mainely Burgers restaurant in Boston, MA. 

Horvath & Tremblay brokers sale of Stop & Shop anchored center for $21.9m

Hudson, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the grocery-anchored Center at Hudson. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $21.9 million at a 6.35% cap rate.

Hingham, MA Newmark completes the $45.25 million sale of Lincoln Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping center located 15 miles southeast of Boston. Waldman Associates adds My Salon Suites and The Joint Chiropractic to the Walpole Mall
