R.W. Holmes arranges 6,075 s/f lease at 175 Middlesex Turnpike

Bedford, MA R.W. Holmes arranged a recent lease agreement totaling 6,075 s/f of office and flex space at 175 Middlesex Tpke. Affera, a medical technology company specializing in solutions for the cardiac arrhythmia market, leased 5,575 s/f earlier this year and has now expanded to 6,075 s/f. R.W. Holmes senior vice president David Gilkie represented the landlord, ConRes IT Solutions, while Joe Doyle of Cresa represented the tenant.

Wood Palace Kitchens passes down ownership

Middleboro, MA Wood Palace Kitchens, a cabinetry distributor representing select manufacturers and providing turn-key services, will have a new owner as of January 2024. Tim Holick, current owner and founder, announced that he will transfer ownership of the 44-year old company to his nephew, Michael Holick. Michael Holick has been with the company for 33 years, began his career with the company in warehousing, then project supervising, and since 2000 has been one of the company’s top salespersons.
