2023 Ones to Watch - Industry Leaders: Tim Puopolo of CM&B

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?  We’re thrilled to be working on two significant projects in the academic sector. At Endicott College we serve as their program manager, overseeing the design and construction of their new residence hall and managing pre-construction for various future campus improvement projects.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The accomplishment I am most proud of is working to establish Northstar, an owner’s project management firm, as a market leader in the life science sector for corporate and institutional clients.

2023 Ones to Watch - Industry Leaders: Jacob Lemieux of Hancock Associates

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the affordable housing projects that I have worked on, most recently The Westcott at Swampscott by Winn Development, which is under construction now. This project will bring 114 mixed-income apartments to the town of Swampscott, which is becoming increasingly important in today’s housing markets. I am proud to be some part of improving the lives of others, even a small one.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our most recent accomplishment was to be named by Inc Magazine to their Inc 5,000 fastest growing companies in America for 2023.
