Seminar of history and use of Polychlorinated Biphenyls to be held March 4th at Woburn Hilton

Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) are becoming discussed as an environmental issue in existing buildings. Found in certain caulks, paints and other building materials, PCBs can be expensive to remediate, and can impact decision-making when considering renovations or the transfer of property. Come join us on March 4th, from 8 a.m. - noon at the Hilton for a seminar to learn more about the history and use of PCBs, the health and environmental issues surrounding them, as well as regulations and methodologies for remediation. There will also be a discussion regarding the liability associated with PCBs in building materials with respect both to property transfers, facility management and renovation.
