Senné, KEMS and Grossman Cos. form partnership on The Brook

Cambridge, MA Senné has formed a partnership with development firm, KEMS, and real estate firm, The Grossman Companies, on a newly developed residential community, The Brook. The condominium-style apartments offer convenient access to the best the city and the surrounding area has to offer. The development is located at 95 Fawcett St., opened on January 1st, and select units are still available for lease.

The Brook features one, two, and three-bedroom apartments thoughtfully designed with comfort, style, and convenience in mind. Each unit features bright, spacious, condo-style floor plans, top-quality appliances, amenities and unique details to create a living experience like no other in the city. All residents have access to the building’s amenities, including a dog wash, bike storage, garage parking and a spacious roof deck. With access to shopping, dining, entertainment, the MBTA, and the Alewife Brook Reservation all within a short distance, the apartments provide an ideal location for all residents. The Alewife neighborhood is fast becoming one of the most sought-after communities given its burgeoning lab and life sciences area that continues to grow, as well as its proximity to the nearby academic institutions. The access to Rte. 2 is appealing to those who may not be ready for a home purchase in the suburbs, but are commuting to the many businesses located in that region.

“We are excited to launch these new apartments as the marketing, leasing and property management partner of KEMS and The Grossman Companies and to introduce The Brook to the evolving Cambridge community,” said William Senné, president and CEO of Senné. “Cambridge is thriving, and these apartments bring vibrance to the already-bustling Alewife neighborhood. The Brook is a great example of the power of Senné, utilizing our multi-service approach to create excellence for our clients big and small.”

“We are proud to unveil The Brook as Cambridge’s premier apartment community. The project was completed at the highest level of quality construction services,” said Edward Doherty, president of KEMS Development. “The development of these units encompasses a larger revitalization project of this corner of Cambridge, and we are eager for residents to experience all it has to offer.”
