Sentry Comm'l. leases 32,600 s/f to American Furniture Rentals
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., American Furniture Rentals, a Philadelphia, Pa.-based furniture rental company, has renewed its lease at 299 Dividend Rd. The 32,600 s/f industrial building is owned by The Johndrow Family. Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services was the sole broker in the transaction.
