Sentry Commercial and Hart Corporation broker 16,134 s/f lease renewal for MicroCare Corp.
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., MicroCare Corporation has renewed its 16,134 s/f lease at 221 South St.
The 584,000 s/f industrial building is owned by SL New Britain LLC.
Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in association with Hart Corporation were the sole brokers in the transaction.
