Sentry Commercial brokers $1.925 million sale
Farmington-based fastener manufacturer HRF Fasteners, Inc. recently expanded its operations with the purchase of 70 Horizon Dr., a 51,880 s/f warehouse/manufacturing facility located on 4.78 acres at 229 Technology Park. HRF purchased the property from New England Bank, Enfield for $1.925 million.
Sentry Commercial represented HRF Fasteners in the transaction.
