Sentry Commercial brokers $2.6 million sale to U.S. Machine Tools
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., U.S. Machine Tools has purchased 70 Horizon Dr. for $2.6 million. The 51,880 s/f industrial building was owned by BWP Distributors. The brokerage team of Mark Duclos, Alan Bolduc and Sherri Thompson of Sentry represented the seller and Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
