Sentry Commercial brokers 3,500 s/f lease
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, The Fastenal Company leased 3,500 s/f at 635 New Park Ave. The five building 82,600 s/f industrial complex is owned by Framingham Commons, LLC.
Alan Bolduc, Sherri Thompson and Mark Duclos of Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the landlord and Reno Properties represented the tenant in the transaction.
