Sentry Commercial R.E. Services leases 1,817 s/f
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Initial Step Custom Sportswear has leased 1,817 s/f at 635 New Park Ave. The five-building, 82,600 s/f industrial complex is owned by Framingham Commons, LLC. Alan Bolduc, Sherri Thompson and Mark Duclos of Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. were the sole brokers in this transaction.
