Shair of M&J Associates handles 2,220 s/f lease to AAA at Acton Woods

Acton, MA According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Inc., AAA has opened at Acton Woods Plaza. AAA is the largest auto club in the world with thousands of locations from coast to coast. They offer auto service, insurance, travel and financing services. In some locations, also auto registration’s and renewals.

The space occupied is 2,220 s/f. Acton Woods Plaza is a 43,000 s/f high-profile CVS anchored center located at the intersection of Rte. 27 and Rte. 2A/119- Great Rd.

Shair said, “ This is the 3rd tenant in the past 3 years to relocate from another shopping center in Acton. It demonstrates the success of this center to other Acton tenants once they understand the dynamics of Acton Woods.”
