Shea Commercial handles lease to Imaginations to Treasure in Salem, NH
Shannon McCoy and Kimberly Fiorante, owners of Imaginations to Treasure have leased space at 5 Kelley Rd. This new space is a retail store offering a variety of attractions for children. The store will sell unstuffed animals and dolls for children to create their own personalized books and chocolate bars, themed party invitations, party favors, costumes and many other things to stimulate the imagination of children.
The lease transaction was handled by Ozzie Dacruz and Harry Shea, Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
