Shea Commercial sells 3,250 s/f to DeColores Catholic gift & book store
The 3,200 s/f free-standing former Michael's of Main St. building at 32-34 North Broadway (Rte. 28) has been sold to Adele and Al Raymond.
The Raymonds will operate DeColores Catholic Christian Gift & Book Store.
The sale transaction was handled for the seller, Shawn Maclean, and the buyers, by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds was $700,000.
