Shea of Shea Commercial Properties handles $240,000 sale

4 Ayers Village Road - Methuen, MA

Methuen, MA A one-acre development site on the Massachusetts/New Hampshire state line border has been sold. Located on 4 Ayers Village Rd., Rte. 97, the commercial-zoned property is proposed for mixed-use development complex.  The site was sold by Wayne Bernard Realty Trust and purchased by Sam Patel. The sale transaction was handled be Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds was $240,000.
