Shea Commercial Properties completes $2.15m building sale

386 Merrimack Street - Methuen, MA

Methuen, MA Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of 8 unit business/professional/medical condominiums located at 386 Merrimack St. (Rte. 110). 

The suites are located in a class A building and is part of a three-building complex known as Homestead Village. The project was originally built and developed by Joseph Pappalardo, master developer in 2014. 

In addition to the three-building commercial/medical complex, Pappalardo also developed an over 55-housing single-family project adjacent to the Homestead Acres.

Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. handled the sale for Homestead Acres with the Registry of Deeds reported a sale price of $2.15 million.

Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the sale transaction.
