Shea of Shea Commercial Properties handles $1.075m sale - 99 South Broadway in Salem, NH sold to Patriot Nissan

99 South Broadway - Salem, NH

Salem, NH Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of 99 South Broadway, to Patriot Nissan of Salem Realty LLC. The property consist of a 4,428 s/f building located next to the Patriot Salem car dealership. The proposed plan to the site is to demolish the 99 South Broadway building and add it to the car dealership to improve access, egress, and exposure into the Patriot Nissan car dealership. According to the Registry of Deeds the property sold for $1.075 million.

Harry Shea of Shea Commercial represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the sale transaction.
