Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, LLC, completed the sale of a 24,866 s/f commercial office building located on 1.05 acres at 418 Meadow St., for $2.9 million. Senior vice presidents at Angel Commercial, Brett Sherman, CCIM, represented the seller, and Lester Fradkoff represented the buyer.
Owned by BAO Partners, LLC, the building was purchased by Julian Enterprises.
Angel Commercial, L.L.C. is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The company specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
