Sherman of Angel Commercial completes $2.2 million office building sale

Westport, CT Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the sale of 1555 Post Rd. East for $2.2 million. Located on Rte. 1, the investment property consists of an 11,461 s/f office building on .61 acre. 

“The new owners plan to completely update the building including a new roof, HVAC, windows, masonry, and parking lot,” said Sherman who represented the buyer in this transaction. “There will up to 7,500 s/f available for lease in this well-located Post Rd. office building.”

The property was acquired by BAO Partners LLC, who recently purchased other similar buildings in both Westport and Fairfield with the same investment strategy.
