Signature Group completes lease renewal for David's Soundview Catering

Signature Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has negotiated a lease renewal for David's Soundview Catering at 463 Elm St. The location has been home to the well-known corporate and event catering firm for the past 12 years and the new lease term will keep the company in Stamford for the next decade. Signature Group president Bob Gillon represented both David's Catering and the landlord, 463 Elm Street LLC. "In this economic environment, it is the smart thing for tenants to explore their options and for landlords to do what they can to retain their tenants," said Gillon.
