The Geenty Group sells 3,700 s/f at 2839 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden
The Geenty Group, Realtors, has completed the sale of 2839 Dixwell Ave. It is a 3,700 s/f well maintained, multi-story office building.
The building sold for in excess of $320,000. The buyers are Andrew and Anthony Civitello. They are a family-owned business who provide consulting services to the construction industry and have a second business which manufactures, sells, and distributes biscotti, the Italian cookie. The buyers will be relocating the corporate offices of their two business enterprises to this building.
Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR of The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford represented the seller, The Charlotte A. Perry Marital Trust.
The buyer was represented by Stephen Press GRI, SIOR, of Press Cuozzo Realtors in Hamden.
