The Geenty Group, Realtors, has completed the sale of 2839 Dixwell Ave. It is a 3,700 s/f well maintained, multi-story office building. The building sold for in excess of $320,000. The buyers are Andrew and Anthony Civitello. They are a family-owned business who provide consulting services to the construction industry and have a second business which manufactures, sells, and distributes biscotti, the Italian cookie. The buyers will be relocating the corporate offices of their two business enterprises to this building.
