Choyce Peterson, Inc. has hired David Sims as senior VP.
With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience Sims has leased over 18 million s/f of office space and sold 6 buildings worth more than $150 million.

Sims received his BA from Syracuse. He taught a course at the NYU Real Estate Institute and served on several committees.
