David and Laurie Rauseo, owners and managers of Concord Crossing, a 76,000 s/f office and industrial building at 2 Whitney Rd., released space to two long term tenants. SLM Distribution LLC, aka Golden Oak Stables an online retailer of Breyer Horses, has released 4,066 s/f of high bay warehouse space with one 14' drive-in door. JCB Performance Machine has renewed their lease of 6,490 s/f of high-end machine shop space equipped with a 5 ton bridge crane, office area, and one 14' drive-in door. Concord Crossing is located next to I-93, exit 17 and provides multi-tenant office, service commercial and industrial space.
