Slowe of Brixmor achieves ACoM designation

Burlington, MA According to the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4, Katharine Slowe with Brixmor Property Group has earned Accredited Commercial (ACoM) designation.

ACoM is a commercial property management certification that teaches early-career real estate managers the fundamentals of the industry, with recipients noted for demonstrating excellence in commercial property management.

Slowe is a property manager with Brixmor Property Group, with offices throughout the country, including Burlington, Mass.

“Congratulations are extended to Katharine for achieving ACoM designation,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies. “A career in commercial property management requires many elements, including knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; by meeting all requirements to receive ACoM certification Katharine is well on her way to a long and successful career in her chosen field.”
