Smith joins Lyman Real Estate as associate

Westbrook, CT Jack Smith has joined Lyman Real Estate as an associate, according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of the firm.
Smith has recently been active in the shoreline residential market and is transitioning to the commercial and development industry sector.
He had previously been active in residential development as well as “big box” placement primarily in west/central Conn. He is the past president and CEO of J.E. Smith & Co. Inc. that operated for many years in the wholesale and retail lumber and building materials in the greater Waterbury and Southington areas.
He takes a particular interest in the new wave of repurposed commercial/industrial property.
