Landmark Real Estate Advisors, LLC brokered a new headquarters premises of 6,800 s/f at 201 South St., for Credo Reference. Eric Solem, of Landmark Real Estate Advisors, represented Credo Reference. Essex River Ventures was represented by Beth O'Donnell, Thomas Palmer, Brian Hodess and John Fenton, as well as, Jonathan Gifford and David Cooney of NAI Hunneman Commercial Co.
