South Shore Chamber of Commerce and NEREJ to host 2020 South of Boston Summit - March 5

Randolph, MA The South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) have teamed up to co-host the third South of Boston Summit. The event will be held on Thursday, March 5th from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Lantana, 43 Scanlon Dr. The half-day program will offer updates on current commercial projects, provide economic development insight, networking opportunities and vendor engagement. The Summit will begin with networking and breakfast at 7:30 a.m., followed by a presentation and discussion program schedule: 

• 8:30 - 9 a.m.: Keynote speaker Rich Beal, A.W Perry and chair South Shore Economic Development Corp.

• 9 - 10 a.m.: What’s happening across South Shore Towns? Highlights from towns on what they are doing to attract investment-zoning changes, water/wastewater transportation.

• 10 - 11a.m.: Project Showcase.

The  9 a.m. speakers will include Jeffrey Tocchio of Drohan Tocchio & Morgan P.C.; Jennifer Constable from town of Rockland/ Hull; Robert Hedlund, mayor of Weymouth; Ellen Allen from town of Norwell. The 10 a.m. speakers will include Mike Hogan from Redbrook; Joe Gratta from Weston Park Apartments; Jim Goldenberg from Cathartes/Plymouth Station, and Aldous Collins from Paragon Boardwalk.
